Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 14, 2022, Arch Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into a distribution agreement with Centurion Therapeutics Inc. (“Centurion”), an exclusive strategic partner to the world’s largest tissue bank, to expand sales opportunities for the Company’s AC5® Advanced Wound System. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
